PRICING: Prices in this catalog are for educational institutions and faculty members for quantity purchasing. In the many years we have been of service to instructors we have honored our prices and will try to continue to do so, however, they are subject to change without notice.

ERRORS: If shortages occur in packaging, shipping or billing you must notify us within 5 days. This helps us to effectively and efficiently correct the problem.
RETURNS: Need to return an item? Call for a return authorization number (616) 897-5814. (restocking fee may apply)
FREIGHT FREE on pre-paid orders over $100.00 or orders totaling $500.00 or greater. [Does not include inside delivery]
Exceptions are: Areas beyond the Continental U.S., furniture, light boxes, paper trimmers, stools, clay, kraft rolls, art display rolls, dual surface rolls and *hazardous materials (rubber cement, thinner, etc.) and UPS oversized pkgs (approx. 32 x 40).
*SHIPPING NOTE: When Hazardous Material (in 1 gallon size only) is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) there is an $25.00 per carton up charge.
**HAZARDOUS MATERIAL FEE. This applies to each box that contains Hazardous Material, whether the box contains 4 gallons or just 1 gallon.

Michigan orders will have next day delivery.

FREIGHT DAMAGE: The carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of your order and must be notified immediately of any damage. Hold all cartons and merchandise for carriers inspection. We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in filing claims for loss or damage, however, we are not responsible for the collection of claims or replacement of merchandise. |
